Wednesday Teens class no longer available

Teen's class on Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm is no longer available due to a low number of participants.
Instead, we will keep having new Teens and current Teens in the kids class on Thursday 4:30-5:30pm and Saturday 10:00-11:00am.

Children's Class has returned in 2011

Children's class has come back. Ages from 5 years to 11 years old can take up these classes. The classes are specially designed for the development of children's physical and intellectual growth. Details on class times, fees etc can be found in the Information Brochure or online in the classes menu.
